consultants the following information: name and phone number of the
company offering the lower price, item and quantity required to receive this
pricing. Low price guarantee applies to future orders (previously placed
orders do not apply). Transmetron carries only the highest quality drug
testing products and supplies. Guarantee does not apply to inferior
products.
You can rest assured that your privacy is our priority. Your personal
information is kept confidential and will never be shared with another party.
Concerned about sending your credit card number over the internet? We
have taken every precaution to make your transactions secure. Here's how
Transmetron guarantees the safety of your personal information. Our secure
server software encrypts all of your personal information including credit card
number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels
over the Internet. The encryption process takes the characters you enter and
converts them into bits of code that are securely transmitted over the Internet.
Because we use a secure server, not one of our customers has ever reported
fraudulent use of a credit card as a result of purchases made at Transmetron.
Nevertheless, if you prefer, we also offer you the option of submitting your
order by mail (see How To Order below). All account information submitted to us
is safely isolated from unauthorized Internet access.

We accept Visa and MasterCard. We also accept checks and money orders.
Orders paid by check will usually not be processed until the funds have
been verified. Orders paid by money order are sent within 24 hours. If

596-2709 for a RMA number (return merchandise number).
• Orders sent back without RMA number (return merchandise number) marked
clearly on the box will be refused.
• No returns after 30 days.
• 15% restocking fee will be charged for all
returns.
• No shipping charges will be refunded
• Store Credit or an exchange is provided for acceptable returns. No
cash back is provided.
• No returns on opened merchandise.
Please make sure the name and address you enter as the billing address
is correct. Your address or your work address but we will require a signature
when the package is delivered. Also, any order that has an invalid email address
will not be shipped. Please make sure you enter a valid email address.
Any address that is changed by the customer after the order is shipped
or an incorrect or incomplete address will be charged an address correction fee
of $10.00.
Examples: no apartment number given, wrong zip code, wrong street
number, etc.
If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will e-mail you for
substitution or if no reply to email we will take the out of stock item off the
order.
Transmetron is not responsible for health or fitness claims or any
general or specific guarantees made by manufacturers of any product.
All of the products listed on this web site are considered to be
drug or alcohol "screening" products unless otherwise stated. The
test results generated by these products are intended to provide
"preliminary results" only. Individual test results that are
non-negative are considered to be preliminary results and need to be
supported with a
laboratory based confirmation test.
